HOW IS AN LED SCREEN MANUFACTURED?
The customization process requires some time.This is why we offer standard or express deadlines. The customized design of our screens requires an advanced process of high-level engineering so that its development is complete and satisfactory. Below, we detail the subsequent steps generically, the typical manufacturing steps of a LED screen, and what happens once the buyer confirms the beginning of the project for his advertising screen.

To start manufacturing a big LED screen, we need confirmation of the corresponding proforma invoice by down payment.
2. TECHNICAL STUDY
An exclusive professional department with more than a decade of experience in advertising LED screen manufacturing will thoroughly study your needs and technical concepts required to perform a new order.
3. STRUCTURAL DESIGN
Frames of a big LED screen are designed from scratch, to adapt to the features and sizes requested by the customer perfectly.
4. ASSEMBLING OF STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS
The manufactured structure is assembled in such a way that there is no visual separation in the whole unit in general. All the inside pieces are placed according to a pattern and perfectly aligned by laser.
5. ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS
Assembling of electronic and LED equipment is programmed to assure that only the parts corresponding an order are used. This is one of the most complex and delicate tasks of the entire process. It is the most important phase of the LED advertising screen’s creating.
6. ASSEMBLY OF ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS
The circuits we manufacture are assembled to create complete panels, which are fully functional and capable of reproducing a full color image.
7. TUNING AND ADJUSTMENT
LED panels are adjusted to light and chromatic levels to assure that sharpness and color are the same in the entire LED advertising screen. To do this, photoelectric sensors measuring chromatic patterns adjusting and memorizing each LED component are used.
8. GENERAL ASSEMBLY
Structural frames and parts are assembled to form complete unitscapable of reproducing videos.
9. ASSEMBLY TEST
The screen as a whole is activated and exhaustive testing is carried out. Once all the tests prove smooth functioning, the screen undergoes image management and control phase.
10. IMAGE TEST
During the image control phase, several test videos are reproduced. Thus, chromaticism and its quality level are analyzed. At the end everything is tuned to adjust the whole unit.
11. HIGH PROTECTION PACKAGING
The LED screen is carefully packed into a high-resistance package to ensure product protection during transportation.
