The 4" RockMaster Engineered Stone Polishing Pads are designed specifically for polishing engineered stone which presents a different set of challenges than natural stone during the polishing process. Standard diamond resin pads do not perform well on engineered stone and can cause pad bleed off and burning when used on engineered stone. Engineered stone technology has improved and man made stone counters are becoming more common. The RockMaster Engineered Stone Pads have been designed with a special mixture of synthetic diamonds that will speed the polishing process on engineered stone, and will not bleed off or burn.
